Merchandising Paradise provides a speedier resolution for refunds/ return product/products and will be very grateful if you can supply us with:
a. to demonstrate damage, take pictures and videos of the damaged item. Please upload the video to demonstrate that the products are damaged.
b. A screenshot containing the name, date, and content of the email or a refund that was received. Stated otherwise, the refund has been sent by a customer (by PayPal Dispute or another gateway, email, etc).
c. If Merchandising Paradise approves a refund or a return of the product (s), the products must be sent back to the Merchandising Paradise warehouse.
Except for the important interpretation, Merchandising Paradise
will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:
1. Orders Delayed
Orders are incomplete in terms of tracking information; they are in transit, pending, or
expired sixty days after leaving the Merchandising Paradise warehouse. The following
nations may have various shipping options:
a. Orders that are shipped to the United States will be tallied 45 days following their
departure from the Merchandising Paradise warehouse.
b. Because of Brazil’s stringent customs clearance procedures, the order will be
delivered to Brazil 110 days after it leaves the Merchandising Paradise warehouse.
c. Merchandising Paradise will handle your dispute for delayed orders for CJPacket
Liquid Line to all counties after 100 days have passed since the order left the
Merchandising Paradise warehouse.
d. Merchandising Paradise is unable to handle your disputes regarding certain special
shipping methods. (Refer to this crucial interpretation.)
Notes:
Sometimes, the order arrives at the nearest post office to the buyer and makes
it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number,
etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact the local post office or go
to the post office for delivery.
2. Orders not Received
Merchandising Paradise will not deal with any refund or resend if the tracking information
shows the order has been delivered.
a. If customers do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the
local post office with an official seal is necessary.
b. An alert for tracking information. The tracking data indicates an alert, with the
following reasons given:
a) An incomplete or inaccurate address.
b) Invalid number.
c) The receiver is unknown.
d) Turned down.
e) Do not pick up in time.
f) No secure delivery area.
g) Uncleared customs.
Notes:
a. The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, the customers need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, Merchandising Paradise takes no responsibility if products have been lost.
3. Products Damaged.
Merchandising Paradise offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.
Merchandising Paradise offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrive partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches, etc).
Notes:
a. For damaged packing boxes, Merchandising Paradise cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distance international delivery.
b. For ordinary, electronic products, customers shall open a dispute within 30 days after packages are delivered.
c. For service products, Merchandising Paradise refunds you the cost of the product which is the price in China market.
4. Incorrect or Missing Products
Merchandising Paradise has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. Merchandising Paradise will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
a. For incorrect products, Merchandising Paradise offers a full refund or replacement, but customers must email us at [email protected] and inform us about the problem within a reasonable time after receiving the products.
b. For products with wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc, Merchandising Paradise offers a refund or resend if you provide a video and a screenshot complaint including name, content, and date.
c. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, Merchandising Paradise may refund partially or resend the missing part. For missing parts that affect product function, Merchandising Paradise will resend the product only.
d. For accessories, Merchandising Paradise will resend the accessories.
Notes:
For the size problem, Merchandising Paradise would appreciate it a lot if you could measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us with a photo of the measurement. Then, our team will deal with your request quickly.
5. Orders Cancellation
For order cancellations, Merchandising Paradise offers a full refund before products are processed by warehouses.
a. After payment, POD orders cannot be canceled as it is customized.
b. After payment, preorder inventory orders cannot be canceled as it is special products and only available for you.
Important Interpretation
1. Deadline of Opening Request or Refund
You cannot open a refund if the order status is closed. Your request cannot be resolved when tracking information from a third party is untraceable.
2. Force Majeure.
Merchandising Paradise takes no responsibility for any product damage or shipping delay caused by the act of God, including but not limited to epidemic situations, international situations, strikes, wars, earthquakes, floods, viruses, storms, heavy snow, or customs inspections. However, Merchandising Paradise will notify you by Email.
6. Unacceptable Refund Requests
Merchandising Paradise shall not accept any unreasonable Refund Requests, including but not limited to:
a. The buyer does not like it.
b. The product description is not real.
c. Products smell unusual.
d. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.
g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
h. In some cases, packages are returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.
